We want to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as smoothly as possible. Here's some important information for you:
1. Shipping Timeframe: Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days once the payment processing is complete. Typically, payment processing takes around 1-3 business days.
2. Address Accuracy: Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. It's crucial to enter the correct address, as we want your package to reach you without any issues. We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring accurate delivery details. To avoid any inconvenience, please note that we cannot be held responsible if packages are sent to an incorrect address due to buyer input errors during checkout.
We want to inform you about some special circumstances that may affect the processing time of your order. Please take note of the following:
1. Holiday Period: During holidays, our team experiences a higher volume of orders. As a result, there might be a slight delay in processing your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.
2. Sale Period: Similarly, during sale events, we receive an increased number of orders. While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that there may be a slight delay due to the high demand.
We use USPS to deliver our orders. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service to ensure that your package in insured. Insurance is to protect against lost or damaged packages during shipping. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. (First-Class packages are NOT insured.)
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Monae Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Monae Brand will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
All international orders are shipped via USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. International orders can take 2-3 days processing time before shipping. International orders are exempt from price adjustments and free shipping promotions.
When the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
